Looking for: Lead Trainer - Call Center
Location: Santo Domingo, DR.
  • Bachelor degree in any administrative area.
  • 3 years experience in similar positions in BPO (is a must).
  • Responsible for hiring and training agents for voice and non-voice bpo clients/Lobs.
  • Demonstrated creating training models/programs in a diverse environment.
  • Design training material and coordinate training sessions.
  • Manage the training calendar to meet business and client needs.
  • Supports transition and implementation of new projects.
  • Drive and facilitate performance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations to drive ongoing performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, multitasker, results oriented, problem solver with high emotional intelligence.
