Requirements:
  • High school graduate
  • Fluent english speaker
  • At least 1-year experience as a team lead/supervisor position
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales inbound/outbound calls
  • Marketing and Sales experience in a contact center environment
  • Strong results orientation and capable to manage in the near future a small team
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Customer and sales oriented
  • Emphatetic person
  • Inmediate Availability to start working
Responsabilities:
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls to clients and prospects
  • Manage quotations and continuous follow up
  • Preparing business proposals
  • Product presentation for new clients
  • Help customer choosing products
  • Send promotional emails
  • Customers/prospects search
  • Schedule product overview meetings
Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
