RequisitosThe Business Information Security Officer will be the single point of contact for all aspects related to Information Security and compliance and will interact heavily with Operations, Facilities, IT, People Solutions (HR) and/other internal support personnel within Dominican Republic or from the distinct Global teams.

The role is responsible for implementing and owning all internal and externally required Information Security and compliance policies.

It is the BISO's responsibility to audit, report up and out any and all aspects of compliance and Information Security.

As the on the ground security representative, the BISO will play a significant role in all investigations and will need to be able to conduct Person Of Interest, witnesses, culprits or victims.

The role is critical to work in security for Dominican Republic.



Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology

Between 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, information security, audits, data regulation, fraud investigations

English proficient

Leadership experience

Well organized

Problem solver

Self-independent

Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to prioritize

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

MS Office proficient
